WHAT TO EXPECT

Every week we'll provide you with a different class that will challenge your body strength, flex, and energy.  

Each of our workouts are designed to help you burn calories, improve your cardiac & oxygen capacities and to build your overall strength & muscle tone. 

 

HEART THROBBER

Trainer: Hiba

Class duration: 50 minutes

A class that combines physical exercises that get your heart rate up and keep it racing on the trampoline.

TABATA

Class duration: 50 minutes

A high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts.

KILLER HIIT

Class duration: 50 minutes

High intensity interval training which involves improving your muscle mass and cardio resilience. You'll have enormous amount of oxygen intake within the interval recovery period. As well as having a quick recovery from this high intensity workout.

EMOM

Trainer: Sara

Class duration: 50 minutes

EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute, which is when you begin a specified number of repetitions of some movements or exercises at the start of one minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the top of the next minute. It is a high intensity, full interval style workout which is designed to train stamina, endurance and conditioning.

PRE-WORKOUT

Arrive 20 minutes before the session time to finish with the check-in process

Keep your belongings in your locker before your enter the trampolines.

Wear something comfortable.

No need to worry about Gravity trampoline socks, we'll hand them to at the check-in counter.

Eat a light meal minimum of two hours before the session.

GET READY

Our workouts are unique, interesting and tough, leaving you feeling energised and invigorated at the end of each class.
